($AUD180 AUD) is a collection of over 200 training drills and exercises
for the game of Rugby League, prepared by some of the best coaches in
the business. Over 130 of these drills also have movies showing the
drill being performed.
Each drill has a clear and concise diagram that can be printed out and
taken to training to be used by the coach.
DigiLeague is co-authored by Queensland, Brisbane Broncos and former Australian
coach Wayne Bennett, regarded in rugby league circles as one of the most
influential and innovative of our modern day coaches.
One of DigiLeague’s greatest assets is the contribution from Wayne
Bennett and Broncos colts coach John Dixon who supplied a great number
of the drills that are used by the Broncos at various levels of their
Mark Murray of the Queensland State of Origin and Storm development sides
has also contributed several drills as well as a number of high profile
coaches including John Muggleton who attended a coaching seminar in NSW.
There are also some great exercises by Rudi Meir who regularly works with
the Broncos as well as several English clubs. Rudi has also worked with
South African Rugby Union super 12 side, the Western Stormers.
Drills in DigiLeague cover such categories as Ball Handling, Defence,
Evasion, Play the ball, Tackle, Games etc.
DigiLeague’s innovative lesson feature allows you to select and
print pre-planned sessions that cover areas such as tackle development,
the basic pass, basic to advanced evasive skills etc.
Greater personalisation is provided with a feature that allows the coach
to write his own notes on any of the drills.
A comprehensive search facility will help you track down specific drills
from the database and a new feature is the ability to log training sessions
and access them again in the future. Never again will you have to struggle
to remember what you did last season!
