I have installed my Digisport software for the second time and when entering
the Registration Code that I was originally provided with the program
tells me that the code is invalid. After entering the code a number of
times the program has now shut down and will not open. Help! A: In order to register your Digisport product on an additional (or new) computer , you MUST request an additional REGISTRATION NUMBER by going through the registration process on that computer. Registration may be requested either by web email or by fax - simply follow the instructions after installing the program and clicking the GET REGISTRATION button on the relevant registration page. A reminder that the Registered User ( the person registering the product for the first time) will only ever be provided with 3 registration codes corresponding to the Serial Number of the copy of the product. If the program has already shut down as a result of making 3 'incorrect' registration entries, proceed as follows: 1 Delete the DigiNetball V1.1 folder from the 'Programs' folder on your C Drive and delete the shortcut on your desktop. 2 Re-install the software from the installer disk. 3 Go through the Registration Request process again (either email of fax). 4 Once you receive your new registration code enter the code carefully after clicking the 'ENTER REGISTRATION' button. If it has not shut down, go straight to step 3 |
| Q10:
One or more of my Digi disks are damaged. Can I get a replacement? A: When the software is shipped from this office the disks are thoroughly checked. If your disk has a crack emanating from the centre hole invariably this has been caused by forcibly removing the disk from the protective plastic case without pressing the centre release tab. Digisport takes no responsibility for the physical damage to any of the disks supplied with its software. Replacement disks are available and may be purchased through the Digisport web store. Cost for a replacement disk is $25 + postage. Click here to go to the relevant web page NB. No new Serial Number will be provided if replacing an installer disk. Please use the Serial Number that came with the original product.

| Q11:
Can I simply contact Digisport and ask for a Registration Code? A: When the software is shipped from this office the disks are thoroughly checked. If your disk has a crack emanating from the centre hole invariably this has been caused by forcibly removing the disk from the protective plastic case without pressing the centre release tab. The request for a registration code (Installation Key) MUST be made using the process built into the program, If you are not connected to the internet, choose the FAX method and send the completed form by fax through to Digisport Registrations. The Registration Code will then be faxed back to you.

Q12:
Do I have to be connected to the Internet to receive a Registration
Code for my Digisport software? |
Q13:
I failed to request a Registration Code within the 21 day pre-registration
period and the program has now shut down. What do I do now? Proceed as follows: 1 Delete the "Digi" folder from the 'Programs' folder on your C Drive and delete the shortcut on your desktop. You can use the "Uninstaller" to do this if you have a PC. Go to START / Programs / Digi ............ / Uninstall Digi.......... 2 Re-install the software from the installer disk. 3 Click on the 'GET REGISTRATION' button on the appropriate registration page and follow the instructions. Digisport will return email (or fax) your registration code that is necessary to unlock the program 4 If you have already received a registration code in the meantime, wait 24 hours, make sure your computer is connected to the net and then ACCURATELY enter the Registration number previously supplied. If this does not work you will need to call Digisport registrations on the number given below at a time convenient to both parties. |
Q14:
What happens if and when I use up my entitlements to 3 installations? This permits the Registered Licence Owner to install and register the software up to three times, such as onto a supplementary machine, onto a new computer in the event of a hardware upgrade, onto the same computer that may have to be re-configured because of viruses etc. Please note that each time the software is installed, the Registered Licence Owner must request a new REGISTRATION CODE from Digisport before the expiry of the 21 day pre-registration period. This request MUST be made each time, for each permitted registration, USING THE PROCESS BUILT INTO THE PROGRAM. After 12 months from the date of the FIRST REGISTRATION, additional single registration codes may be purchased. The cost of each additional Registration Code (One New Installation per code) is AUD$36.00 (+ GST if applicable). If interested, please click the link below. http://www.digisport.com.au/shop/shopping_cart.php/store/basket.inetstore NB. To receive the Registration code you must then go through the registration process built into the program after installing the software. |
Q15:
I am at a school (or other institution) and want to let others install
and use my registered copy of your Digisport software. Is this possible? In answer to your question then, others may install your registered software on their computers but in each case the program will continue to shut down until registered. Registration codes will be provided corresponding to the YOUR Serial number and each registration recorded as one of YOUR 3 allowable registrations. By allowing others to install YOUR software you are losing your own entitlements to further registrations. Further registrations may in fact be purchased from Digisport after 12 months from the date of the initial registration. Additional registration cost AUD$36.00 + GST where applicable. To purchase an additional registration Code click on the link below. http://digisport.com.au/shop/index.php?cPath=28 NB. To receive the Registration code you must then go through the registration process built into the program after installing the software. |
Q16:
I have a fairly new Mac and am using OSX. When I double click the installer
icon for OSX on the START CD nothing happens. Please help! Solution. You may very well have OS9 already on you computer and if you have it is only a matter of going to the System Preferences (apple menu), clicking on 'CLASSIC' and then when the information box appears, turn OS9 ON. If OS9 is not installed on your Mac (very handy to have it there by the way because unless you only ever use OSX based software you may need it on occasions - like this!) you can install OS9 from the Software Install disk that came with your computer. Once you have the OS9 operating system installed, use the Diginetball Start CD to install your program. If you have any difficulties, call Digisport on +61 7 33665006 or email: barryh@digisport.com.au |
Q17:
I purchased DigiCricket-Complete Series a couple of years ago and have
noticed that the version that a friend of mine has appears to be different.
Has there been an upgrade? DC02-3219-7348 DCCS-18549223 (Not DCCSS-....... which has an extra "S" and which is the format for all NEW serial numbers) If so, this is the scenario. Since you purchased DigiCricket there has been an update in the program and ALSO in the registration process which was formerly handled by a contracted company called Urban Software. If you want the latest version of Digicricket-Complete series which features improved layouts, and some fixes to navigation, contact Digisport directly by email. Please provide the Serial Number of your original product. Cost of the "upgrade" is AUD$40.00 + postage (+GST for Australian purchasers). A new START (Installer) disk only will be posted as the movie disks have not changed. |
Q18:
I entered my registration number incorrectly 3 times and have now been
shut out. Where do I go from here? 2 Go through the registration REQUEST process again by clicking the "GET REGISTRATION" button and sending off a NEW request either by fax or email. 3 Wait 24 hours, make sure you are connected to the web and then enter the same registration code you were given making sure it is done carefully and accurately this time. |
